Kelsi Ensminger, MS, BCBA, LABA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Before becoming a BCBA at Evolve, Kelsi worked as an RBT and Clinical Coordinator, providing in-home services to learners of various ages before transitioning to an intensive center-based ABA program for learners aged 2-7. She graduated from Boston College in 2020 with a double major in Applied Psychology & Human Development and Philosophy. She has also graduated from Regis College where she is earned her MS in ABA.
Justin McGrath (He/Him), MS, BCBA, LABA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Before starting at Evolve, Justin has worked at various companies over the past 6 years, aiding a wide range of individuals aged 2-22. During this journey, he has received certification as an RBT, and obtained a Masters degree in ABA from Baypath University under the supervision of Sean Daly. He now continues working at Evolve as a BCBA, and aims to change as many lives as possible.
Christine Jones, RBT
Lead RBT
Christine Jones, affectionately known in local communities and clients alike as “Ms. Chris”. Her ABA journey began with a move from Wisconsin to Massachusetts in 2002 when she began working in the Worcester County public school system in a 1:1 capacity. "Helping clients on the Autism Spectrum elevate their lives through the promotion of behavior skills training, in-home independence and on-site job coaching brings me great JOY as a RBT." - Ms. Chris
Jennifer Daly, RBT
Support Staff
Jen fills in to cover a shift when necessary to facilitate generalization of skills as well as prevent service delivery gaps. She has past experience working with individuals with ASD and has completed RBT training and certification. She enjoys spending time with her husband and teen daughters and exercising.
